MASSAN! YOU BETTER SEE THIS!!!!!!!
Okie...... You know how some just HATE gaining weight? Well, of course we do! That's obvious! No one wants to be a hippo!
But sometimes, they don't know what to do... ~(TT__TT)~
So... If you follow this and a couple of your own spunks, you might be on the road to success! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-30 sit ups/ crunches. They should last for 1 minute. Any more than a minute? I would recommend you to try again.
-15 jumping jacks. It should be 2-3 seconds per jack.
-20 push-ups. MAKE SURE YOUR CHEST REACHES THE FLOOR!!! You can take as long as you want on these.
-25 stand ups. FYI; if you have no fudging idea what they are, just sit on a VERY low chair or on your bottom and.... STAND UP!!! Do this for 3 minutes.
-Jump for 3 minutes. This practice will make the shock absorbers in your knees more... Um... Absorbant? (Me: Like tampons! Person: *smacks the back of my head* Me: Owies.... (TT_TT))
-Mini runs. Do this for 10 minutes. Mini jumps are actually mat jumps, only you don't use a mat, but a flat surface.
-Breathing and relaxing. Do this also for 10 minutes. Yoga helps a lot! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There should be a reason why I recommended this to Jrock fans, right?
YESH!!! We Jrock fans are ambitious!! So, when doing the exercises, tape up the picture of your favorite Jrocker!!
And to all the Rock fans! Do the same, but with what/whom you like! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *TIPSIES!!* -Wear heavy clothing. Imagine that you're going to a concert on a blizzardy night and it's about -80 C outside. It'll sweat the fats out.
-Drink LOTS of fluids or water after exercising. You can drink water before, but make sure it's 15~30 minutes earlier.
